At Hylogic we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Solutions Consultant to lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing and redesigning supply chain processes. This role centers on business process consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful improvements across inventory, demand, and supply planning. While familiarity with IT systems is important, the emphasis is on understanding and transforming supply chain operations to meet client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain Process Design: Analyze, model, and redesign core supply chain processes (inventory, demand, supply planning) to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand operational challenges and define tailored supply chain solutions.

• Build enterprise-grade data models (ontologies), pipelines, workflows and operational apps that draw in planning systems (SAP IBP, S/4, Kinaxis, o9), market and operational data, and deliver live decision-capabilities.
• Partner with client senior stakeholders (VP Planning, Supply-Chain Strategy, CIO), capture their vision and translate that into tangible technical blueprints, delivery road-maps and business cases.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams: supply-chain consultants, data scientists, dev-ops, client-IT and business users — you’re the glue that turns strategy into working systems.
• Scale beyond the POC: you’ll own the “how do we make this live, enterprise-scale, maintainable” question — governance, security, performance, change management.
