We are on the lookout for individuals who aspire to develop as IT consultants for the supply chain functions of global customers. Our projects involve some of the largest global supply chain implementations — offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of:
- Business knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
- IT skills: programming, databases, integration, AI/ML knowledge, software engineering.
- Consulting skills: Self-confidence, ownership, and effective communication.
Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you’ll follow a customized onboarding plan and join live projects as soon as possible.
Your First Tasks Will Include:
- Analyzing customer needs and supporting the implementation of IT solutions in the supply chain and planning areas,
- Working on projects with global customers that have a significant impact on their international operations,
- Spending about half your time engaging with clients to understand their needs, and the other half developing and refining solutions — independently or with your team.
