Work with our customers to enhance their supply chains efficiencies, by delivering world class IT systems

Be a junior member of the project team, working under supervision initially, but gaining independent responsibilities quickly

Grow under direct mentorship of colleagues with 15-20 years experience in the business
The process:
1. Application and selection
We have been designing and improving our Academy program to create good entry point for people into world of big supply chains – without committing to life in a big corporation.
2. Building knowledge and certifications
We do not expect you to already have a complete set of qualifications. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you will go through a custom-made induction plan and be encouraged to get a placement at the customer as soon as possible.
3. Placement at the customer
After initial training you will be placed on a project where you will spend about half of your time talking to customers to understand their issues and needs and the other half - devising solutions, on your own or with others.
